How long do orders take to process
Blindside will always try to process an order within 7 days of it being placed. This timescale may alter due to high demand times. These are such as Christmas, launching of a new set.
I entered the wrong address for my order
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If you are quick at noticing the mistake we maybe yet to dispatch your order and can simply change the address. If your order has been dispatched we would be sorry to say there is little we can now do about this. You would need to try and get in touch with whomever now lives at the old address.
I've not received an order confirmation
Please check your junk mail. If this is your first time ordering, there is a high chance you will find it there. If you do not receive the order confirmation email within 24 hours, feel free to contact us.
What postal service will my order arrive with
We send all of our orders with Royal Mail on a Tracked 48 hour service. This means that tracking information is provided, and Royal Mail takes an image of the parcel once delivered.
Please note, 48 hour tracked service is from once the order is dispatched by us and is received at the Royal Mail depot, however delays are possible. Orders are not guaranteed to arrive within 48 hours.
My order still has not arrived and may have gone missing
Your first step would be to search the tracking number that is sent through from Royal Mail. This will give a clear update as to where your order is. If you have tried this and need further help, feel free to contact us.
Please include the name on the order and your order number, which will allow us to look into the matter further.
Can I purchase individual cards
We are afraid that we only sell packs and not individual cards. We believe that every collector should have the same chance as anyone else to find our rare cards. There are numerous collector groups on Facebook and people do resell cards on sites like eBay. If you are using the X platform (formerly Twitter) feel free to tag us in your post and we will always do our best to share the post to the community.
