Please check your junk mail. If this is your first time ordering, there is a high chance you will find it there. 

We send all of our orders with Royal Mail on a Tracked 48 hour option. This means that tracking information is provided, although not as detailed as Special Delivery. Royal Mail also takes an image of the order being delivered, so there is no confusion about where an order was delivered too.

Please note, 48 hour tracked service is from once the order is dispatched by us and is with Royal Mail, however delays are possible. Orders are not guaranteed to arrive within 48 hours.

Once your order has been processed by Royal Mail this will update on the Tracked 48 hour system. If you have included an email address and or mobile phone number, you should receive an alert with tracking from Royal Mail.

Your first step would be to search the tracking number that is sent through from Royal Mail. This will give a clear update as to where your order is. If you have tried this and need further help, please email us at: info@blindsidecards.co.uk

Please include the name on the order and your order number. We shall look into the matter further.

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If you are quick at noticing the mistake we maybe yet to dispatch your order and can simply change the address. If your order has been dispatched we would be sorry to say there is little we can now do about this. You would need to try and get in touch with whomever now lives at the old address.

Blindside will always try to process an order within 7 days of it being placed. This timescale may alter due to high demand times. These are such as Christmas, launching of a new set.

We are afraid that we only sell packs and not individual cards. We believe that every collector should have the same chance as anyone else to find our rare cards. There are numerous collector groups on Facebook and people do resell cards on sites like eBay. If you are using the X platform (formerly Twitter) feel free to Tweet us and we will always do our best to retweet this information out to the community.

Fan pressure carry’s a huge amount of weight. So we would suggest simply approaching your own club. We do specialise in being able to offer our products to clubs that have smaller fan bases.

It’s helpful for us to know what club you represent, your average attendance figures, whether you retail merchandise or not. We will send you a copy of our brochure and take things from there.

Currently we are only operating within the sports merchandise arena. However we do know that our cards would work outside of this. Whether this be for music, film, TV, influencer, the list is endless. So we would be more than happy to discuss whatever you have in mind.

In short, yes they are. In previous years players would have signed the cards themselves. However during the season of 2023/24 we successfully trialed a new signature sticker. These custom made stickers are applied to players cards after they have signed them. This helps to ensure you are getting a genuine Blindside signature. It also means there is a better quality of signature across our line of cards.
